State-of-the-art finger jointing technolgy for a renowned German supplier

A project for the supply and installation of a laminated beam plant with finger jointing technology for glulam production is currently in the final phase at our longstanding customer Gebrüder Schneider GmbH from Germany. The supplied equipment includes handling equipment, a finger jointing machine, a multi – floor storage, the ROTOLES calibrating machine and a highly efficient and fully automatically adjusted twelve spindle SUPERLES machine, for a perfect finish of laminated beams with calibration and profiling.

In June, our assembly team put the line into operation and started with the production of gluelam, currently final optimization of production is taking place on the line.

Gebrüder Schneider GmbH is a medium-sized company located in the south of Germany and a branch office in Switzerland. The business was first established as a wood processing plant in 1911. Today, the Schneider company is among the leading suppliers of statically loaded wooden products for modern wood and passive houses and in recent years they started the production of flexible and rigid wood fiber insulation boards on the most modern production line all over Europe (www.schneider-holz.com).

We are proud to have already started preparing another project for this excellent supplier, a highly efficient glue timber plant. We wish the Schneider company a lot of success also in the future.
