Edge glue press Super

An advanced, extended version of our Z-Press edge gluing system, the "Z-Press Super" is designed for high-speed assembly of solid wood laminations using hot-melt or PUR adhesives. Thanks to its extended pressing area, the Z-Press Super enables the use of PUR glue to achieve an exceptionally strong bond at reduced capacity.This enhanced bond line is especially beneficial when timber moisture decreases due to low ambient humidity. On visible layers, the PUR glue line prevents gaps caused by timber shrinkage, ensuring a flawless appearance.

A quick and simple switch between adhesive types offers remarkable production flexibility. The system allows the production of multiple panel widths or continuous single-layer panels from edge-glued laminations. These pre-assembled panels are ideal for advanced, high-capacity CLT production or similar applications.
