Lay-up time or stacking of boards to a final product is a decisive step which more and more determines the actual capacity of the line. Glues with short curing times require a very fast lay-up in order to reduce the necessary open time between application of glue and build-up of pressure in the press. An investment in a high capacity stacking system can significantly improve the performance of the entire line. That is why our presses either for Glulam or for Cross Laminated Timber always go together with our best individual lay-up solutions.
