The new quick – clamp system for sophisticated woodworking technology is a result of many years of development and innovative work.
LEDINEK is known to make high demands on quality and safety so even with our tools no compromises are allowed. All planing spindles and planer heads including hydraulic clamping bushings are a product of our own engineering and manufacturing.
This new clamping system has been, after numerous tests performed by our experts, also inspected and approved by MPA in Stuttgart.

Advantages:
• Up to 50% less screws per knife compared with standard clamping systems
• Only 5 screws on a 330 mm knife and only 2 screws on a 130 mm knife compared to 10 and 4 screws on competitive tool systems
• Easy dismounting of planing knives and clamping elements also with heavy dirt due to resin and glue
• Reduction in costs due to employment of standard planing knives
• Low down time due to a small number of screws compared to standard clamping systems
• Less unbalance after sharpening in the planer head due to precise mounting of planing knives
• The quick – clamp system combines mounting and adjusting of planing knives and clamping keys in one single device
