- CNC stave jointing machine
Manual positioning of single stave into the machine. The form of barrels and size of barrels are operated with computer steering.

- Inside/outside stave working machine
The machine works the inside and outside surface of staves with a round profile. Two horizontal working spindles top/bottom, equipped with special rounded profile cutter heads

- Lathe machine with adjustable sanding aggregate for outside working of the barrels
Pressing of foot lever lifts barrel in clamping position. Result is smooth outside surface of slowly turning barrel achieved with belt sander.

- Croze working machine
Two sided special machine for crozing of barrel bodies.

- Hoops press machine
Fixes hoop upon the barrel. Hydraulic press. Steel clutches push each hoop from above to final position.

- Planing machine 120
For jointing of head sections. One horisontal working spindle bottom. The quide bar is declined in an angle of 89° to the working table, so the absolute tightening of single head section is assured.

- Circular head working machine
One side special machine equipped with special profile cutter head for working ground of the barrel.
|
|

- Hoop rolling machine
The hoops have to be conically bent to interlock on the barrel surface. The hoops are worked in one passage.
