Crosscut saws / splitting saws
Optimisation of laminations with bigger cross sections is precise and fast with the
X-CUT. Wide glulam beams can be split horizontally with horizontal split-band saw HTBS. Beam cross-cut saw LKS makes the accurate cut to length, this can only be done with adjustable end stop. Heavy beams and engineered constructional timber are split vertically in the middle on the VKS splitting circular saw. For integration in projects with machinery linkage solutions, we produce MULTIKAPP cross-cut saws. Such projects are usually planer mills and production lines for solid constructional and laminated timber. The MULTILAM double shaft saw with multiple horizontal saw blades are really something special. The MULTISPALT multi blade saw can rip constructional slats, lamellas and other elements for one layered panels. |

After the press this unit trims the entire discharged layer to exact length. The front face is determined by an aligning fence and trimmed. The adjustable positional end stop determines the exact length of the trimmed pieces.
