Glulam beam presses
We rose to a challenge in the field of flexible glulam presses for glues with short curing time. For straight glulam beams and laminated timber the ROTOPRESS, rotating press (press star) with 4 – 6 beds à 1,2 m loading height and up to 18 m length, was designed.
For curved and long beams as well as bigger cross-sections we offer the HYPERPRESS. This is a CNC controlled press, mainly intended for production of curved glulam beams, but it can also be used for beams of other types.
FLEXIPRESS is our newest product in this field. This press can manage variable loads and steps. Due to easy adjustment, even small lots can be produced economically.
Our new HF-PRESS with high frquency generators can produce large quantities of glulam beams even faster.
The most recent, but already perfected member is the X-PRESS. The optimal Press for industrial production of X-Lam (BSP, CLT). Simple, Flexible, Low maintenance, Expandable, with integrated end-to-end side pressure. |

X-Press pressing system for X-LAM (BSP, KLH, CLT, crossplan) wall elements.
The flat press is designed for planar pressing of plates for wall elements.

- Flexipress
This press is suitable for flexible production of straight elements from laminated beams. Its special construction enables the adjustment to various shapes of objects in shortest time, as well as the rational production of smallest lot sizes.

The Rotopress line is designed for fully automated pressing of Duo- Trio beams, laminated beams, elements for log buildings, laminated window scantlings, formwork beams, ceiling elements and ceiling joists.

- HF-press
Our HF-PRESS was developed for glues, which cure very fast under influence of capacitive resp. dielectric heating. Suitable for straight laminated wood, glued trusses and glue laminated beams. Furthermore presses for boards and cross trusses can be delivered.
