Finger-jointing lines
Entire machinery for compact finger jointing lines with integrated press or high performance continuous finger jointing lines with cyclical or continuous roll press can be found in our own product range.
With up to 45 joints/minute our high performer KONTIZINK is the best choice for production of glulam beams and laminated timber.
The KONTIZINK H is the first high performance line for production of up to 40 horizontal joints/minute for log house planks and wall elements.
Bigger cross-sections of constructional timber are no problem for the EUROZINK with approx. 10 - 12 joints/minute. |

- Kontizink
Finger jointing line can be used for finger jointing of lamellas for laminated beams, Duo and Trio beams. This line operates in continuous one pass and is suitable for glulam production where high productivity is required.
Finger joints are formed perpendicular to broadside of the workpiece.

Finger jointing line can be used for production of constructional timber as well as for finger jointing of lamellas for laminated beams, Duo and Trio beams. Finger joints are formed perpendicular to broadside of the workpiece. (Finger joints formed parallel to broadside are also possible as option).
